8:00 PM: Pick up at your hotel and take you to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train at 9:30 PM to get to Lao Cai Station. Kick off Sapa Vietnam trekking 6 days.

AM: 6h30 arrive Lao Cai Pick up at Lao Cai Station then transfer to Sapa.

Lao Cai and Sapa are two important cities within the province at the border with China; the former is well known as key trading post and the latter is hill station famous for tourism, in the Northwest region of Vietnam. 

Sapa is one of the main market towns in the area, where several ethnic minority groups such as Hmong, Dao (Yao), Giáy, Pho Lu, and Tay live.

Have breakfast in the hotel or restaurant (optional) before Sapa Vietnam hiking 6 days starts. We walk along the main road for a while then take a small path up hill to get to Lao Chai village of the Black H’Mong tribe.

The trek brings you through the upper mountain range of Sapa overlooking down to its valley. Our guide will prepare lunch in a local house while you walk around the village to meet the tribe and visit their catholic church.
 
In the afternoon, keep Sapa tour by visiting the surrounding areas of Sapa: Ta Van (Zay) which located far from Sapa less than 10 kilometers, Ta Van - a village of Lao Cai province is lying peacefully in the valley of Muong Hoa, residents are mainly the H'Mong ethnic, Giay, and Red Dao... with approximately 1000 people.

And Laochai (H’mong) villages where you will enjoy a walk and discover the traditional lifestyle of friendly local people as well as the rural scenery of rice paddies, wooden bridges, and rivers, About 15 km from the center of Sapa, Lao Chai village is inhabited by Giay ethnic group at the foot of the mountain, and the Hmong tribe in the hills. The landscape spreads over your foot with a splendid beauty.

Trek down to Giang Ta Chai village to visit the Red Dzao tribes. Giang Ta Chai village in Sapa in Vietnam is located on the foot of Fanxipan Mountain range, at the right side of Muong Hoa Valley in Vietnam. It offers travelers gorgeous view of mountain and rice paddy fields at the other side of Muong Hoa Valley in Sapa in Vietnam.
 
Have a picnic lunch on the way then keep going along the buffalo trails to get to Ban Ho where you will see the amazing scenery and beautiful waterfall. Located 30 km from southeast Sapa. Ban Ho village is settled by ethnic minorities as Tay, Dao, H'mong... Ban Ho village is one of the most interesting places of Sapa. When coming here, you get chance not only to view wonderful spots, enjoy fresh air but also to see natural beauty. You will have oppotunity to see water fall, go swimming in hot water pool or cold water stream, find out traditional weave fabric, make brocade... and take part in community activities.
