Pick up at your hotel at around 20h30 and transfer to the railway station to catch the night train to Lao Cai (Departure: 21h30, Arrival: around 6h00 on the next day). Kick off Sapa adventure tour.

Ban Ho village is settled by ethnic minorities as Tay, Dao, H'mong... Ban Ho village is one of the most interesting places of Sapa. You will have oppotunity to see water fall, go swimming in hot water pool or cold water stream, find out traditional weave fabric, make brocade... and take part in community activities.

Overnight at Ban Ho with a Tay family who have houses on stilts.

Get up early in the morning for fresh air and peaceful daily life of the people. Begin the forth day of Sapa Vietnam trekking 7 days. 

Breakfast and leave the village for a hard day.

Walk uphill to a smallest and almost untouched village of the Red Dzao (Nam toong), originated from China and migrated to Vietnam starting around the 12th or 13th century and continuing until the early 20th century. The majority migrated into Vietnam during the Minh dynasty, due to drought, failed crops and the pressures of Feudalism in China. 
 
Go further to another village on the same side of of the mountain range to see the Xa Pho ethnic group in Nam Ken. The Xa Pho are a group living in Lao Cai province in Vietnam and (probably) on the China side of the border nearby. They are few, numbering just a few thousand people, and examples of old Xa Pho textiles are correspondingly rare. They have a very distinctive and attractive dress, consisting of dark indigo cloth jacket and skirt decorated with embroidered designs and panels of seeds arranged in star shapes (on the jacket).

Get down to the river and go up to Mi Son to visit the Xa Pho again.

Spend the night in Thanh Phu village at a Tay family.
 

Dinner with the local family. Overnight in homestay.

Breakfast at Thanh Phu village.

Walk back to Su Pan village where our car take you back to Sapa.

On the way back, keep Sapa tour trekking by visiting the ancient stone circle (stones decorated with ancient carvings which are said to have described the life of the people lost in the mists of prehistory)
