Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Phoenix Cruise (L, D)

08:00: Get picked up at your hotel in Hanoi, then transferred to Halong Bay with 15 minute break en route.
11:30: Arrive at Bai Chay/Halong pier.
11:45 - 12:00: Get aboard Phoenix Cruise ship. Be greeted by Phoenix Crew and Cruise Manager.
12:00: Welcome Cocktail - cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins.

13:00: Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch (vegetable menu available) would be served while the boat is gliding out.
14:00: A short tender ride from the middle of the bay to an island for the famous Sung Sot Cave, followed by fun kayaking around the area.
17:00: As the sun sets over the bay, you are free to swim from the boat or just relax on sundeck with your favorite drink.
19:00: Dinner is served with typically local seafood. Overnight on board.

Halong Phenix Luxury Cruiser offers 2 or 3-day itineraries on board a wooden junk cruise. Sailing down beautiful Halong Bay, enjoy activities like kayaking, squid fishing, karaoke and morning Tai Chi sessions. Daily Happy Hour is available at the bar and sundeck from 17:00 - 18:00 with a buy-one-get-one-free drink promotion.
Decorated in a modern style, all the nonsmoking air-conditioned rooms and suites are equipped with a personal safe, mini-bar and complimentary bottled water. Suites also include champagne and fruits. The private bathroom comes with a standing shower, hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries.
Board Halong Phenix Luxury Cruiser at Tuan Chau International Marina, a 3-hour, 30-minute drive from Hanoi. The dock is also 43 mi from Hai Phong and 47 mi from Hai Phong Domestic Airport. Shuttle services from Hanoi are available at an extra charge.
